Title:	Withdrawal/Refund
Detail:	Withdrawal If an entrant must withdraw prior to the Championship, she must contact the TGA office at (615) 790-7600. If a contestant must withdraw during the Championship, she must notify the TGA Official in Charge or Official Scorer before leaving the premises. After the stroke play qualifying round, once the last score has been officially posted, all contestants will have one (1) hour to decide if they will compete in match play. Players who withdraw after this one (1) hour grace period will be asked to submit a letter to the TGA indicating her reason for withdrawal. The letter will be subject to review by the TGA and the Women's Competitions Committee. Failure to follow this procedure could result in loss of playing priviledges in future TGA events. Refund Entry fee will be refunded regardless of reason before the close of entries on Wednesday, June 18, 2008. A $15 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds except those for illness or injury. Note: Due to commitments we have made with the golf course, no refunds will be given after the entry deadline, except for illness or injury. To receive a refund for this reason the request must be in writing and accompanied by a doctor's note. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER JUNE 22ND REGARDLESS OF REASON.
