By 3:00 p.m. (EDT) on Wednesday, June 25th, eligible players must:
 
1.    Register in person at Country Club, Inc., or
2.    Call the TGA to request late registration at 615-790-7600. 
 
Contestants may forfeit position if no word is received by 3:00 p.m. (EDT) on Wednesday, June 25th.
