By 3:00 p.m. (EDT) on Monday, July 8th, eligible players must:
 
1.   Register in person at Colonial Country Club, or
2. Call the TGA to request late registration at 615-790-7600.
 
Contestant may forfeit his position if no word is received by 3:00 p.m. (EDT) on Monday, July 8th.
