CART POLICY:   

During the stipulated round, only contestants are allowed to drive or ride in golf carts that are reserved for contestants. Caddies must walk at all times. However, the player’s bag may be on the golf cart or carried by the caddie. Spectator carts may be given out only if there are extra carts available and only with authority from the host club. See TGA Rules of Play regarding penalty statement for breach of this condition of competition.
