Title:	Withdrawal/Refund
Detail:	If an entrant must withdraw, she must notify the TGA office at (615) 790-7600 immediately. If a contestant must withdraw during the Championship, she must notify the official in charge or the official scorer. Refunds will not be issued after the entry deadline of July 2, 2008 unless the reason is for illness or injury. To receive a refund because of illness or injury, the request must be made in writing and accompanied by a doctor's statement. NO refunds will be issued after July 7th regardless of reason. A $15 administrative fee is charged to all withdrawals, except those for illness or injury.
