Title:	Refunds/Withdrawals
Detail:	Entry fee will be refunded regardless of reason before close of entries on July 16, 2008. Only refunds for injury or illness will be issued after the deadline for entries (July 16). To receive a refund for this reason the request must be in writing and accompanied by a doctor's note. NO refunds will be issued after July 20th regardless of reason. A $15 adminstrative fee will be deducted from all refunds except those for illness or injury. If an entrant must withdraw prior to the Championship, she must contact the TGA office at (615) 790-7600. If a contestant must withdraw during the Championship, she must notify the TGA Official in Charge or the Official Scorer before leaving the premises. Failure to follow this procedure could result in loss of playing priviledges in future TGA events.
