Title:  Withdrawal/Refund
Detail: 
If a player/team must withdraw please contact the TGA office at (615) 790-7600.  If a player/team must withdraw during the tournament please notify the TGA official in charge.  Entry fee will be refunded regardless of reason before the deadline for entries on August 6, 2008.  NO refunds will be issued after the entry deadline except those for illness or injury with a doctor's statement.  A $15 service charge will be deducted from all refunds except those for illness or injury.  NO refunds will be issued after August 11th regardless of reason.
