From Knoxville, take I-40 going East, then take I-81 towards the City of Bristol, get off at Exit 72 and merge onto Hwy 11 going East, head straight through town to the stop sign and turn left on King College Rd, continue on and turn left on Old Jonesboro Rd, the course is less than a mile away, look for the entrance on the left side of the road.
