Follow I-24 until you get to the Nashville/Downtown Chattanooga (Hwy 27, North) split.
Take Hwy 27, North (downtown Chattanooga) to the
4th Street Exit (Exit 1C).
Take 4th Street to Georgia Ave. (6th Traffic Light).
Turn left onto Georgia Ave. this will take you over the Tennessee River on Veteran's Bridge and the name of the street will change to Barton Avenue after crossing the river.
